We promise to refund any item you are unhappy with, when you return an online order to us in a saleable condition within 30 days a of receiving your item (you must notify us within 14 days) (please take extra care when trying your items on)
If you have bought an item in the shop and wish to return it is 14 days.
PLEASE NOTE WHEN ORDERING SALE ITEMS AS OF 13TH AUGUST 2020 IT WILL BE STRICTLY CREDIT NOTE ONLY FOR ANY SALE ITEMS RETURNED.
How will I receive my refund?
We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your returns, which will be credited to your original method of payment please allow 3-5 working days.
How do I return an item?
Please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached, along with your dispatch note and reason for return on the back of the sheet.
Cover the address label with the Off The Rails Boutique Address.
We do advise to return packaging by using the Post Office and obtain your proof of postage, please keep this safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
We do recommend sending your packaging either signed for or recorded delivery.
All return postage costs are non-refundable
