Our Story
It became my dream to own a little boutique, a gorgeous little gem of a shop and that was my aim. The dream came alive in 2014 when myself Jess and my mum Marie opened our little shop on Abbey Lane, we have blossomed into the beautiful affordable boutique it is today. We bring new stock in weekly as it is literally flying ‘Off The Rails’. We have spent all our time putting OTR on the map through our social media platforms.
The dream was well and truly alive in Spring 2018 when we started our live videos on Facebook every week, the response we received was amazing just a fun filled evening showcasing everything new. We have one of our lovely girls
Louise who models all of our new clothing as we all love to see different ladies of all shapes and sizes - with our views reaching up to 16,000 every minute of every day is filled with a feeling of appreciation and gratefulness.
Finally in 2019 OTR arrived online, our ladies were thrilled that all of our beaut things were available at the click of a button. We spent all of our time getting the website ready, we just knew how important it was that we got this right. We offer a click and collect service (so you can guarantee the item you love the most is ready and waiting for you) or we can post out to you.
Our one and only aim is to bring gorgeous things for our ladies with an affordable price tag, one thing we can say is since OTR opened its doors in 2014 that has never changed and that is so important to us. We all love to go shopping and buy that fave outfit you’ve had your eye on, so why should it cost so much.
Our new stock days are the best! Myself and my Mum just love picking out all the new pieces for our ladies (it’s the best bit!) we both just love the same things, from handbags to accessories, shoes and clothing we can make you the perfect outfit.
My Dad inspired me to go and do what I love ‘take the risk’ and that’s exactly what I did. I started my Facebook page at 100 followers, which has grown to over 13,000. I absolutely love posting all my ideas, inspiring outfits and what we’ve been up to on there it’s my baby. I love thinking of new ideas for us! I still get the buzz and excitement like our first opening day, customers have become our friends. It’s just so nice to bring all these lovely things to them.
Our little shop is small but full of so much love, a family run business with help from our friend who supported us from day one. Should you need advice or fun! No matter what your style our aim is to offer a wonderful shopping experience within our boutique.
