Delivery

UK Standard Delivery is £3.90

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service you will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been despatched. Please allow 3/4 working days

We don’t currently offer Next Day Delivery on the website however should you need this service please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Click and Collect

You can use our Free click and collect service online which allows you to collect from our shop. The stock from our website is in a separate location please allow 2/3 working days. You will receive an email once it is ready to collect. The return time for your order starts as soon as it arrives in store not from when it is collected. 

Our store address is 15 Abbey Lane Sheffield S8 0BJ. The shop opening hours are 10-5 Monday-Saturday closed on bank holidays.

From the 25th November you will no longer be able to return online orders including click and collects to the shop. They must be returned by post to Unit 17 Old Waleswood Colliery Sheffield S26 5PQ

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return however we do ask that you notify us within 14 days of you receiving your order of your intention to return an item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can always use the contact us button for any return questions, please be aware that any returned items will be at your own cost we do recommend using the Royal Mail Signed for service please keep proof of posting.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions /non-returnable items

Unfortunately we cannot accept return on gift cards and any sale items returned will be credited via a voucher code.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
